What fields are shown to purchasers of vouchers and to those who redeem vouchers?  Voucher Display Update 

As we approach voucher season, we want to make sure you're aware of a recent enhancement to how voucher information is presented.

Previously, both the purchaser and the voucher recipient received identical messaging and imagery. Based on partner feedback, we've updated the system to allow distinct customization for each audience:

• Purchaser View: Displays the Purchasing SKU description and image
• Recipient View: Controlled by the Voucher Template, which can feature different messaging and visuals

We recommend reviewing your current voucher setup to ensure the purchasing experience aligns with your brand and customer expectations. Please double-check the SKUs you're offering and confirm that both views are configured as intended.
