How can I cancel a customer's monthly recurring membership or season pass subscription?
Stop subscription style membership billing
1. Go to Admin Tools > Membership
2. Find the member name in the list.
3. Click View to go to their order.
4. Click on Group Waiver: Manage Link
5. Click on the "Order Management" icon in the top left of the bar on the left side.
6. Click, Cancel Subscription.
