How do I generate a report of all of the products?

If you need a complete excel report of all products in your system—including upc, vendor name, vendor code, sku, product name, tax status, product category, customer price, purchase cost, and more—you can generate it directly from the reporting menu.

1. Go to the left navigation
2. Select reports → other reports → products

This will generate an exportable report containing the majority of product‑related fields in your database.

The product report typically includes:

• Upc
• Vendor name
• Vendor code
• Sku
• Product name
• Tax status
• Product category
• Customer price
• Purchase cost
• Additional product attributes

This makes it ideal for inventory audits, vendor updates, pricing reviews, and data cleanup.
