Typical Update Time
Most changes will appear within a few minutes. However, depending on system load, it may take slightly longer.
How to Speed Up the Update
If you want the changes to show up sooner, you can manually refresh the POS cart cache.
Option 1 — Reload Cart Cache (Fastest)
- On the POS screen, click the three dots in the upper‑right corner.
- Select Reload Cart Cache.
This forces the POS to pull the latest configuration.
Option 2 — Rebuild Cache (If Reload Doesn’t Work)
If the reload doesn’t update the buttons:
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Click Rebuild Cache.
This performs a deeper refresh and ensures all changes are applied.
